REFUND POLICY
We are unable to issue refunds, accept returns or exchange products due to change of mind or other reasons. Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us, all sales are final.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 2 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiate the return after 2 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
For the product to be eligible for a Refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be returned in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched –
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Aside from these conditions there are product that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following: If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or incorrect (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or product delivery error.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. Refunds will be credited within 2-5 working days of the date of return.
